RESERVATION POLICIES:

All weekend reservations require a small Deposit, or a credit card to secure the booking. This is non refundable with less than 24hours notice of cancellation. Due to the extend of some of our treatments, such as our 3 hours Couples Massage or our Half Day Wellness Retreat, some of the treatments are subject to Deposit upon booking.

24h. CANCELLATION POLICY / NO-SHOW POLICY:

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation. We hope you understand that we provide utmost attention to detail in our treatments, room availability, therapist location and transportation, perishable fruit and alike to treatment. Therefore, Zenzes® reserves the right to apply a 24 hour cancellation policy or a No-Show policy to customers who do not show to their reserved appointment 25 minutes after their scheduled time. In the event that Zenzes® needs to apply the cancellation/no-show policy, we would be sending at first a MobilePay/Paypal Payment request/ Invoice requesting an amount that ranges from 500 Kr. to 1000 Kr, depending on the treatment. Failure to receive the requested amount, Zenzes® uses a Collection Agency valid within EU countries.

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your treatment. If you arrive late for your treatment, it shall be reduced to respect other clients. Due to road traffic or our busy schedules, therapists can some time be caught up, we shall advise you if we are more than 5 minutes late. We thank you in advance for your patience. Please remember to drink plenty of water before and after your treatments.

FACILITIES:

We treat both male and female clients. Zenzes® does not discriminate against race, sex, or religion. However, should the client be discriminating against race, sex, or religion, we reserve the right to decline providing or cancelling any treatment. After care facial and body products are available for sale. Please ask your therapist for advice for the best recommendations for your skin. Gift vouchers are available for treatments and products.

PAYMENTS:

Treatments can be payed either in advanced or after the treatment, and we provide different methods of payment. Upon booking, you have the option to either “Pay Later” at Zenzes® after the treatment or using Paypal® platform to process the payment in advanced. We also accept credit card payments over the phone, as we proudly use the Danish company YourPay® to process credit card payments. YourPay® is already updated to the new regulation of September 2019 regarding double-authentication and webshop payments. After the treatment has been provided, we accept all major credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Dankort, and Master Card. If you are a non-danish resident, payment charges can be made in either DKK or Euros for your convenience. We also accept cash in DKK and Euros. For Danish customers, we accept Mobilepay.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

If you suffer from any medical conditions, are taking any medication or allergies that may affect your treatment. Please advise your therapist prior to your treatment.

Pregnancy: Please advise if you are or think you might be pregnant so that we can advise the correct, treatment.

Children treatments need to be reserved by the parent or guardians permission. Parents can stay with the child whilst we perform the treatment, any allergies or medical conditions need to be advised to the therapist before the treatment.
