Our upgraded version of a Sports massage starts the visit with a personal diagnosing, and thereafter we provide you with a 45 minutes treatment where we apply our form of therapy in which the muscles and ligaments are worked deeply. We apply different techniques such as cross fibre techniques, Sciatic inhibition, Deep tissue, Acupressure, ROLF Technique, and Shiatsu Esalen® stretching techniques. Focussing on releasing tightness, treating muscle contractions or extended ligaments, stimulating blood circulation, and removing myosis and lactic acid buildup.
